Drink This Tea, and You'll Never Have Swollen Legs, Ankles, or Feet Again

If using fresh ginger, peel and slice it.

Chop the parsley roughly, and if using fresh dandelion root or leaves, chop them up.

Boil the Water:

Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a small saucepan.

Brew the Tea:

Add the dandelion root, parsley, ginger, and turmeric to the boiling water.

Let the mixture steep for about 10-15 minutes. This allows the ingredients to release their natural properties.

Strain the Tea:

Once the tea is ready, strain it into a cup.

Add Lemon and Honey:

Squeeze the juice of 1-2 lemon slices into the tea and stir in honey to taste (optional). Stir well and your tea is ready.
