Crispy Firecracker Chicken Wings

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Pat the chicken wings dry. In a bowl, mix wings with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Spread the wings on the baking sheet and bake for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway.

While baking, prepare the glaze by heating the hot sauce, honey, brown sugar, soy sauce, and vinegar in a saucepan. Simmer for 3–5 minutes.

Once wings are done, toss them in the glaze and return to the oven for 5–7 minutes.

Serve hot with extra glaze or dipping sauce.
