Creamy Tex-Mex Chicken Casserole

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a large bowl, mix the soup, sour cream, taco seasoning, green chilies, corn, and chicken.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Stir in ½ of the cheese and 1 cup crushed tortilla chips.

Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.

Top with remaining crushed chips and cheese.

Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, until hot and bubbly.

Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
