Boil the water: In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.

Add the ingredients: Once the water is boiling, add the garlic, turmeric, onion, ginger, cinnamon stick, and guava leaves.

Simmer: Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes to allow all the flavors and nutrients to infuse.

Strain: After simmering, strain the tea into a cup.

Optional: Add honey or a squeeze of lemon to taste, if desired.
