Banana Chocolate Squares

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease or line a baking pan with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, whisk together the sugar and eggs until light and fluffy.

Add the oil and milk to the mixture and continue to whisk until fully combined.

Sift the cocoa powder and flour together, then gradually fold them into the wet ingredients until the batter is smooth.

Slowly add the hot water to the batter, mixing well until you have a smooth, slightly runny consistency.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Let the squares cool in the pan before cutting them into squares.
