Apple Carrot Oat Cake (No Sugar)

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Mix the ground oats, cinnamon, and baking soda in a bowl.

Add grated carrot and apples. Mix well.

Add water and lemon juice. Stir until the batter is evenly combined.

Pour the mixture into a lined or greased small cake pan.

Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the top is golden and a toothpick comes out clean.

Let cool before slicing.
