Toast the bread slices in a toaster or on a skillet until golden and crispy.
Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Crack the eggs into the same skillet and cook them to your liking – scrambled or fried. Season with salt and pepper.
While the eggs are cooking, place a slice of cheese on each toasted bread slice.
Assemble the sandwiches: place a slice of bacon and a cooked egg on each slice of bread, and top with the second slice of bread.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
