Ingredients:
1 cup almonds, chopped
1 cup cashew nuts, chopped
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup peanuts, chopped
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup white chocolate, melted
How to Make:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped almonds, cashews, sunflower seeds, peanuts, and nutmeg.
Warm the honey in a small saucepan over low heat until it becomes runny, then pour it over the nut and seed mixture. Stir until everything is evenly coated.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish, pressing it down firmly to compact the bars.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Let it cool completely before cutting it into bars.
Once the bars have cooled, drizzle the melted white chocolate on top and let it set before serving.
