The Right Way to Use Vinegar for Whiter Whites and Softer Towels

Do Not Mix Vinegar and Detergent: Avoid pouring vinegar and detergent together. They can cancel each other out if mixed directly.

Add Detergent to the Main Wash Compartment: Use your regular amount of detergent in the designated drawer (not the drum).

Use Vinegar in the Fabric Softener Compartment: Pour ½ to 1 cup of white vinegar into the fabric softener compartment of your washing machine.

Wash as Usual: Select your normal wash cycle. The vinegar will be released during the rinse cycle, allowing it to soften fabrics and remove residues.

Dry Properly: For fluffy towels, dry them on medium heat in the dryer or line-dry them in fresh air.
