Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cut the spareribs into individual pieces and place them in a large baking dish.
In a bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, and minced garlic until the sugar dissolves.
Pour the sauce evenly over the ribs, turning to coat.
Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 1 hour, turning the ribs once halfway through.
Remove the foil and bake uncovered for an additional 30–40 minutes, basting occasionally, until the sauce thickens and the ribs are caramelized.
