Roast the Turkey: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Season the turkey with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Roast it for 2 to 2.5 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Once done, let it rest before slicing.

Make the Mac and Cheese: Cook the elbow macaroni until al dente, then drain. In a pot, melt butter and add milk. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and mustard powder until it forms a creamy sauce. Combine the cooked macaroni with the cheese sauce, season to taste, and transfer to a baking dish. Bake at 350°F for about 15 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.

Prepare the Sides: For the collard greens, simmer them with garlic and salt in a pot for 30 minutes until tender. For the candied yams, boil the yams until soft, then mash them with butter and brown sugar. Place them in the oven at 350°F for 20 minutes to bake and caramelize. Warm the dinner rolls as a side.

Assemble the Feast: On a large platter, arrange the sliced turkey. Serve a generous portion of mac and cheese, collard greens, candied yams, and a spoonful of cranberry sauce. Place the dinner rolls alongside.

Serve and Enjoy: Garnish with a sprinkle of pepper and serve while hot. This Southern feast is perfect for a large family meal or a comforting dinner at home.
