Ingredients:
2 stalks fresh lemongrass (or 1 tablespoon dried lemongrass)
2 cups water

How to make:
Rinse the fresh lemongrass and cut into 2-inch pieces. Bruise the stalks slightly to release flavor.
Bring water to a boil in a small pot.
Add lemongrass and simmer for 5–10 minutes.
Strain into a cup.
