1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon flaxseeds (ground)
½ teaspoon psyllium husk (optional but powerful)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ cup warm water
1 teaspoon honey (optional for taste)
How to Make:
Mix chia seeds, ground flaxseeds, and psyllium husk (if using) in a glass.
Add warm water, lemon juice, and honey.
Stir well and let sit for 5–10 minutes until it thickens into a gel-like consistency.
Drink it slowly 30 minutes before going to bed.
