More Apples Than Dough! Super Creamy Apple Cake in 5 Minutes

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.

In a bowl, combine the peeled and diced apples with light brown sugar and ground cinnamon. Toss the apples until they’re well coated, then set aside.

In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, granulated sugar, and salt.

Add the milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Stir until everything is well combined.

Pour the batter into the greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.

Layer the cinnamon apples on top of the batter, making sure to distribute them evenly.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the cake is cooked through.
