Mash the potatoes:
Boil the potatoes until soft, then mash them well in a bowl.
Combine the mixture:
Add the cooked minced meat mixture to the mashed potatoes and mix them together until well combined. Let the mixture cool slightly before shaping.
Shape the roll:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Shape the potato and meat mixture into a roll and place it on a greased baking sheet.
Egg wash and breadcrumbs:
Brush the roll with a beaten egg for a golden finish. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top to add some crispiness.
Bake:
Bake the roll for 20-25 minutes or until it turns golden brown and crispy on the outside.

Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
