Homemade Herbal Tea for Better Sleep

Begin by boiling 2 cups of water in a pot.

While the water heats up, combine the dried chamomile, lavender, valerian root, and lemon balm in a teapot or heatproof container.

Once the water comes to a boil, pour it over the herbs.

Cover the teapot and allow the tea to steep for about 5 to 7 minutes.

After steeping, strain the tea into a cup.

If desired, add a spoonful of honey to sweeten the tea. Stir well and enjoy a calming cup of herbal tea before bed.
