Spray bottle

Cheesecloth or fine strainer

How to make:

Peel and crush the garlic cloves.

Bring the water to a boil in a pot, then add the crushed garlic (and onion/chili if using).

Simmer for 10–15 minutes.

Let the mixture cool completely.

Strain the liquid and pour it into a clean spray bottle.
