Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
Make the crust: In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
Layer the fillings: Evenly sprinkle the chopped candied cherries, pineapple, golden raisins, and almonds over the crust.
Add coconut: Spread shredded coconut over the fruit and nut layer.
Drizzle milk: Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the entire surface.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden and bubbly around the edges.
Cool completely in the pan, then cut into bars.
