In a bowl, mix the baking soda with just enough warm water to form a thick paste.
Spread this paste evenly over the inside surfaces of your oven, avoiding the heating elements.
Let it sit overnight (or at least 8 hours) to loosen grime and grease.
Fill a spray bottle with white vinegar and spray over the baking soda-coated areas.
Let the mixture fizz and sit for 10–15 minutes.
Wipe clean with a damp cloth or sponge. Use more vinegar if needed.
For tough spots, repeat the process or scrub gently with a non-abrasive brush.
