Crispy Sweet & Sour Chicken Wings with Golden Potato Wedges

Prep the chicken: Parboil the wings for 10 minutes in boiling water, then drain and pat dry.

Make the sauce: In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, vinegar, ketchup, and garlic. For a thicker glaze, stir in cornstarch.

Marinate the wings: Coat wings in the sauce and let sit for at least 15 minutes (or overnight for deeper flavor).

Prep the potatoes: Toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Air fry: Place wings and potato wedges in your air fryer basket. Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until wings are sticky and golden, and potatoes are crisp.
