Cleansing Morning Detox Elixir

1 cup warm water (not boiling)

Juice of ½ lemon

1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar (with the “mother”)

¼ tsp ground cinnamon

½ tsp fresh grated ginger or a pinch of ground ginger

1 tsp raw honey (optional)

1 tsp chia seeds (optional, soak for 10 min)

How to Make:

Heat the water until warm, not boiling.

Add lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, ginger, and honey.

Stir well until fully combined.

If using chia seeds, add them after soaking and stir again.

Drink slowly on an empty stomach in the morning.
