These Chilled Malva Cheesecake Pots are a delicious twist on the traditional cheesecake. With a combination of creamy cheesecake filling, malva pudding chunks, and a buttery biscuit base, this dessert is sure to impress your guests. Ingredients (serves 4):

1 cup crushed Tennis biscuits

1/4 cup melted butter

1/2 cup cooked and cooled Malva pudding chunks

1 cup cream cheese

1/2 cup condensed milk

1/2 cup whipped cream

1 tsp vanilla essence

Caramel sauce (for topping)

Instructions:

In a bowl, mix the crushed Tennis biscuits and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of four serving glasses or jars.

Add a layer of Malva pudding chunks over the biscuit base.

In another bowl, whip together the cream cheese, condensed milk, vanilla essence, and whipped cream until smooth and creamy.

Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the pudding layer.

Chill the pots in the fridge for at least 3 hours, allowing them to set.

Before serving, drizzle with caramel sauce for extra sweetness.
