Ingredients:

For the meat and mushroom filling:

1 tbsp vegetable oil

400 g (14 oz) minced meat (beef, lamb, or mixed)

Salt, to taste

Black pepper, to taste

1 onion, finely chopped

1 tbsp butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

200 g (7 oz) mushrooms, sliced

For the vegetable layer:

2 carrots, grated

1 zucchini, grated and squeezed

1 red bell pepper, diced

3 eggs

2 tbsp flour

60 ml (ΒΌ cup) cream
