In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and eggs. Gradually incorporate the milk and water, stirring until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
Beat in the salt and melted butter until the batter has a smooth consistency.
Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat. Pour or spoon approximately 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle, tilting the pan in a circular motion for an even coating.
Cook for about 2 minutes or until the bottom of the pancake is golden brown. Gently loosen with a spatula, flip the pancake, and cook the other side for another 1-2 minutes.
Serve promptly with your favorite toppings.
