Banana Lemon Ginger Smoothie

Peel the banana and place it in a blender.

Squeeze the juice from the lemon and add it to the blender.

Grate the fresh ginger and add it to the mixture.

Pour in the water (or coconut water) and add ice if desired.

Blend everything until smooth and creamy.

Taste and add honey or sweetener if you like a bit of extra sweetness.

Pour into a glass and enjoy!
