Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a large baking dish, combine the carrots, zucchini, and red bell pepper with the white rice.
Pour the cooking cream evenly over the rice and vegetables. Stir gently to combine.
Season the chicken with paprika, turmeric, salt, and garlic powder, rubbing the seasoning under the skin of the chicken for maximum flavor.
Place the whole chicken on top of the rice and vegetable mixture, skin side up.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
After 1 hour, remove the foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes or until the chicken skin is golden and the rice is tender.
Once cooked, remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
