Air Fryer Rotisserie Chicken

Prepare the Chicken:
Pat the whole chicken dry with paper towels. This will help the skin crisp up in the air fryer.

Make the Seasoning:
In a small bowl, mix the salt, pepper, garlic powder, sweet paprika, dried parsley, and olive oil. Rub this seasoning mixture all over the chicken, ensuring it’s coated evenly, including under the skin if possible for extra flavor.

Air Fry the Chicken:
Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Place the chicken into the air fryer basket, breast side down, and cook for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, flip the chicken so the breast side is facing up. Continue to cook for another 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).

Serve:
Once done, remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for 10 minutes before carving. This ensures the juices stay locked in, making the chicken tender and juicy.
