Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease or line a muffin tin or small cake molds with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together the egg and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the vanilla yogurt, milk, and melted butter, and mix until smooth.
Gradually fold in the flour and baking powder until just combined, making sure not to overmix.
Bake the Cakes:
Spoon the batter into your prepared molds, filling each about 2/3 full.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let the cakes cool completely.

For the filling, you can whip up a quick orange-flavored cream using whipped cream cheese or a mix of cream cheese and orange juice for flavor.
Spread this filling between the cakes or on top as a creamy, zesty layer.
