Slim & Sweet: Apple-Cocoa Baked Delight (No Sugar, No Guilt)

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Peel and core the apples, then cut them into chunks.

Blend the apples into a smooth purée using a blender or food processor.

In a large bowl, beat the eggs until frothy.

Add the apple purée, cocoa powder, and baking powder to the eggs. Mix well until smooth.

Lightly grease a cake or loaf mold with olive oil.

Pour the mixture into the mold and bake for 35–40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Let it cool slightly before slicing.
