Minced Meat Skillet:
Soak the burger bun in milk until soft, then squeeze slightly and crumble into a bowl.
Mix in minced meat, egg, dill, mayonnaise, tomato sauce, mustard, chopped onion, and the softened bun. Season with salt, pepper, and dried tomatoes.
Fold in mushrooms, pickled cucumbers, and mozzarella.
Form the mixture into thick patties or leave it as one meat mixture for pan cooking.
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Cook the mixture (as patties or spread in the pan) until browned and cooked through—about 6–8 minutes per side.
Let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
Fresh Lettuce Salad:
In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, cucumber, grated carrot, and parsley.
In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, chili pepper, and olive oil.
Pour the dressing over the salad, toss well, and let it sit for 5–10 minutes before serving.
