Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease or line a baking pan with parchment paper.
Mash the Bananas:
In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth and free of lumps.
Mix Wet Ingredients:
To the mashed bananas, add the eggs, sugar, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Stir well to combine.
Add Dry Ingredients:
In a separate bowl, sift together the flour and baking powder. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the banana mixture, adding the milk as you go.
Bake the Cake:
Pour the batter into your prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool and Serve:
Let the cake cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and enjoy!
