Preheat the Oven:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
Prepare the Brownie Layer:
Follow the package instructions to prepare the brownie batter. Spread it evenly into the prepared baking pan.
Add the Oreos:
Gently press the broken Oreo chunks into the brownie batter.
Prepare the Cheesecake Layer:
In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
Fold in Crushed Oreos:
Gently fold in the crushed Oreos into the cheesecake mixture.
Layer the Cheesecake Mixture:
Carefully spread the cheesecake mixture over the brownie layer.
Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 35–40 minutes, or until the center is just set and the edges are lightly golden.
Cool and Chill:
Allow the bars to cool completely in the pan, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing into bars.
