Morning Cloud Vanilla Cake

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch square baking pan or line it with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In a separate bowl, combine milk, yogurt, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.

Gradually add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring just until combined. Do not overmix.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 30–35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
