Melt-in-Your-Mouth Chops – So Tender, You Won’t Believe How Fast They Cook

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Season the Pork Chops:
In a small bowl, mix the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub both sides of the pork chops with olive oil, then generously season with the spice mixture.

Sear the Pork Chops:
Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the pork chops for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Add Mustard and Broth:
Reduce the heat to medium-low. Add Dijon mustard and chicken broth to the pan, stirring gently to combine. Place a pat of butter on top of each pork chop.

Bake in the Oven:
Cover the skillet with foil or a lid and transfer it to the preheated oven. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

Rest and Serve:
Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
