Mediterranean Broccoli & Cauliflower Salad

Chop the broccoli and cauliflower into bite-sized florets.

Halve the cherry tomatoes, slice the red onion, and slice the black olives.

Make the Dressing:

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Assemble the Salad:

In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, cauliflower, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and black olives.
