Honey Garlic Chicken Breast

Prepare the chicken:
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Lightly coat them with flour, shaking off any excess.

Cook the chicken:
Heat butter (or margarine) in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Make the sauce:
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in honey, soy sauce, vinegar, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook for 3-4 minutes, letting the sauce thicken.

Combine chicken and sauce:
Return the cooked chicken breasts to the skillet, spoon the sauce over the chicken, and cook for another 2-3 minutes, ensuring the chicken is well coated.

Serve:
Serve the chicken breasts drizzled with the honey garlic sauce. Garnish with chopped parsley or green onions if desired.
