Crispy Vegan Tofu Nuggets with Creamy Dip

Prepare the tofu: Cut the pressed tofu into bite-sized nugget shapes.

Set up the coating stations: In one bowl, mix the flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. In a second bowl, pour the plant-based milk. In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.

Coat the tofu: Dip each tofu piece first into the flour mix, then into the plant milk, and finally coat in breadcrumbs.

Fry the nuggets: Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the nuggets in batches until golden brown and crispy (about 2–3 minutes per side).

Make the dip: In a small bowl, combine all the dip ingredients and mix well.

Serve: Serve the nuggets hot with the creamy dip on the side.
