Ingredients:
For the nuggets:
400 g (14 oz) firm tofu (preferably pressed beforehand)
200 ml (¾ cup) plant-based drink (e.g. oat or soy milk)
100 g (¾ cup) flour (wheat or chickpea flour)
100 g (1 cup) breadcrumbs or panko
2 tsp paprika powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Vegetable oil for frying
For the creamy dip:
3 tbsp plant-based yogurt
1 tsp mustard
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt & pepper to taste
