Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the seasoned potato wedges and toss again to ensure the cheese sticks to the potatoes.
Bake:
Arrange the potato wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wedges are golden brown and crispy.
Serve:
Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
