Creamy 6-Ingredient Milk Cake – Soft, Sweet, and Simple

Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease and flour a baking dish (8x8 inch or similar).

Prepare the cake batter: In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until light and fluffy. Gently fold in the flour and vanilla until just combined.

Bake the cake: Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.

Mix the milk syrup: While the cake bakes, whisk together the milk and condensed milk until well blended.

Soak the cake: Once the cake is done, poke holes all over the top with a fork or skewer. Pour the milk mixture evenly over the hot cake.

Chill and serve: Let the cake cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Serve chilled with a sprinkle of cinnamon or extra condensed milk if desired.
