5-Minute Apple Puff Pastry Blossoms

Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).

In a pan, melt the butter and sauté the apple slices with sugar for 2–3 minutes until slightly softened.

Roll out the puff pastry and cut into squares or circles.

Spread a little peach jam on each piece of pastry.

Place sautéed apple slices on top, then sprinkle with chopped walnuts.

Fold the edges slightly inward to form a rustic flower shape.

Brush with the egg yolk and milk mixture.

Sprinkle sliced almonds over each pastry.

Bake for about 12–15 minutes until golden and puffed.
