1️⃣ Cook the chicken
In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add the garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
Add the chicken slices, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until golden and fully cooked (about 5–6 minutes). Set aside.
2️⃣ Assemble the pizzas
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
Place pita breads on a baking tray. Spread each with tomato sauce, top with mozzarella, then add the cooked chicken.
Add Parmesan, spinach, and cherry tomatoes if using.
3️⃣ Bake
Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the pita edges are crispy.
