Super Creamy and Delicious French Apple Pie

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a pie dish.

In a bowl, whisk the eggs, salt, and vanillin until well combined.

Add the melted butter, milk, flour, and baking powder. Mix until you get a smooth batter.

Peel and core the apples, then slice them thinly.

Pour half of the batter into the prepared pie dish and arrange the apple slices on top.

Pour the remaining batter over the apples and spread it evenly.

Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes or until golden and set.

For the topping: melt the remaining butter and brush it over the pie for a nice, glossy finish.
