In a bowl, mash the 3 ripe bananas with a fork until they form a smooth puree.
Mix Oats with Bananas:
Add the 1/2 cup of rolled oats to the mashed bananas. Stir until well combined. If you like, add a pinch of cinnamon or a splash of vanilla extract for extra flavor.
Shape the Cake:
Transfer the mixture into a greased or lined cake tin or a small loaf pan. Press the mixture down to make sure it’s even.
Chill:
Place the cake in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to allow it to set and firm up. The oats will soften and absorb the banana moisture, giving it a cake-like texture.
Serve:
After chilling, slice and serve. Enjoy your healthy, no-bake banana oatmeal cake!
