Moist Pumpkin Semolina Cake with Kefir

In a mixing bowl, combine kefir and semolina. Let it sit for 15 minutes to allow the semolina to soak.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line a small cake tin or baking dish.

Add the egg, sugar, oil, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, salt, and baking powder to the semolina mixture.

Mix well until you have a smooth batter.

Pour the batter into the prepared tin and spread evenly.

Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Let the cake cool slightly before serving.
