Golden Chicken & Veggie Bake – A Hearty One-Pan Wonder

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a baking dish lightly with oil or butter.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, sour cream, flour, salt, and pepper.

Add the diced chicken, grated potatoes, onion, bell pepper, zucchini, celery, and most of the grated cheese (reserve some for topping). Mix well.

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.

Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.

Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.

Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
