1 fresh Aloe Vera leaf (medium size)
1–2 cups of water (250–500 ml)
Optional: a few drops of lemon juice or honey for flavor
How to Make Aloe Vera Water:
Wash the Aloe Vera leaf thoroughly.
Cut off the spiked edges and slice it open lengthwise.
Use a spoon to scrape out the clear inner gel (avoid the yellow sap — it’s a laxative and can be irritating).
Rinse the gel cubes to remove any residue.
Blend 1–2 tablespoons of gel with water until smooth.
Add lemon or honey if desired. Serve chilled.
