Sugar-Free Apple Oatmeal Cake

In a large mixing bowl, combine the oatmeal, salt, and baking powder. Stir until well mixed.

Add the Apples:
Peel and grate the apples. Add them to the dry mixture, stirring well to incorporate.

Mix and Form the Dough:
Add a little water if needed to form a thick dough. Mix until everything is combined.

Bake:
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a cake pan or line it with parchment paper. Pour the mixture into the pan and spread it evenly.
Bake for 30–40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Serve:
Let the cake cool before slicing. Serve it as a healthy snack or dessert!
