Cook the Fries: Bake or fry the frozen or fresh-cut French fries according to the package instructions, until golden and crispy.

Cook the Ground Beef: In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, seasoning with salt, pepper, garlic, and paprika. Cook until fully browned and crumbly.

Sauté the Shrimp: In a separate skillet, heat a bit of oil and sauté the shrimp with garlic and optional Cajun seasoning. Cook the shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through.

Melt the Cheese Sauce: In a small pot or microwave, heat the cheddar cheese sauce until creamy. Alternatively, melt shredded cheddar cheese with a splash of cream to create a smooth sauce.

Assemble the Dish: Layer the crispy fries on the bottom of a serving dish. Add the browned ground beef on top, followed by the sautéed shrimp. Drizzle or pour the cheese sauce over the top.

Finish: Optionally, sprinkle with black pepper and garnish with chopped green onions for added flavor and color.
