1 tablespoon dried rosemary (or a small bunch fresh)
Juice of 1 fresh lemon
1 cup water
Optional: 1 teaspoon honey for taste
Instructions:
Boil the Rosemary:
Bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
Add the rosemary and let it simmer for 5-10 minutes.
Strain the liquid.
Add Lemon Juice:
Once the rosemary tea has cooled slightly, squeeze in the fresh lemon juice.
Add honey if desired.
